For several days, I spent time in Washington, DC, with my wife Alexandra Chaves at the AIA National Conference of Architecture and Design, where I had the opportunity to connect with people, gain exposure, and enjoy a learning experience. In this brief 90-second video recap, I attempt to capture the essence of the AIA National Conference. However, no amount of time can truly encapsulate the wealth of knowledge, the invaluable connections, and the potential I now have to contribute to the architectural community as a filmmaker, both nationally and globally. Cross Cabin Build & Supply held the Healthy Materials Happy Hour event with Alkemis Paint and the Healthy Materials Lab Team at Parsons. This event was an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, raise awareness about toxins in building products, and create resources for designers and architects to make healthier places for all people to live. The panel was led by Greg Esparza, Price Latimer and Leila Behjat.

Allied Member Roundtable and AIA Austin Women in Architecture hosted a fun Leap Day Happy Hour! This AIA Austin event offered a great opportunity for Allied Members, professional architects, and other industry professionals to meet and network.
